The “Multistep Form” is activated by default settings.

If you need to deactivate (hide) the “Multistep Form”, then please open the tab “General Settings” and uncheck the checkbox “Active” (see the screenshot below)

If the checkbox “Active” is checked then the multistep form should be shown on the front end and all visitors will be able to fill it out and submit the form.

If the checkbox “Active” is unchecked then the multistep form will be hidden for all visitors. And instead of the multistep form, in the same place will be shown the “Notification”. (see the screenshot below). You can edit the Title and Content for this Notification, in the form in the tab “General settings”.
